This is a promotional video put out by the International Society of Caricature Artists (ISCA), of which I've been a proud member for more than 10 years now, and am a past board member.
Current President Robert Bauer is behind this endeavour, and it was produced by member Scott Sullivan and the good people at Digital Blacksmiths. Great job, guys!
